• Delivery options:
Suburban delivery: Possibility of delivery to the suburbs for 30 zł.
City delivery: Delivery within the city for 20 zł.
Free delivery: For orders over 300 zł.
In-Store Pickup: Free option to pick up your order from our store.
• Anonymous delivery:
If you want to remain incognito, we provide the service of anonymously sending a bouquet.
• Delivery to another person:
If you want to deliver a bouquet to another person, this is only possible if you pay for the order in advance. This ensures that your gift is delivered securely and efficiently.
• Same day delivery:
Orders placed before 11:00 am will be shipped the same day so you can enjoy your flowers as soon as possible.
• Delivery on holidays:
On holidays such as March 8th, intraday delivery may be limited and subject to availability. We try to deliver before 22:00, but we recommend that you place an order in advance to ensure that you receive the bouquet at the desired time.

Returns and exchanges

If you decide to cancel your order within two hours of placing it, we will issue a full refund.
2. Cancellation of an order after two hours:
After this period, a refund of 50% of the order value is possible. This helps cover the cost of preparing and shipping your order.
3. Natural defects of plants:
Please note that natural plant characteristics such as color shades or shape are not grounds for return. However, if you have valid reasons for returning due to a faulty product, we will definitely review your complaint and offer a suitable solution.
